EDITOR’S NOTES
Blok Keris is a striking and versatile motif, inspired by asymmetrical daggers commonly used by Malay men back in the old days. Based on a Gahara archive design from 2011, this vertical botanical epitomises the classic Gahara print style – block-printed over a navy blue crepe silk.
Crepe silk is one of the best silk bases for daytime wear – it’s effortlessly luxe, with a lightweight drape that’s made more durable by its matte, slightly rough surface. Try using crepe silk to create a louche effect with wide-leg trousers and loosely tailored shirts, or with fluted sleeves and ruffled accents for a romantic feel.
Pricing: All fabrics are priced per metre length
